What is a Digital Card Number and how is it different from my Physical Card Number?
- When cards are added to a Digital Wallet, a Digital Card Number is created in place of your Physical Card Number.
- When a payment is processed via Digital Pay the merchant only receives the last 3 digits of the Digital Card Number.
- To receive a refund, we require a screenshot verifying the Physical Card Number that is linked to the Digital Card Number.
- Please see below instructions on how to collect the correct screenshot.
