To make your return process as smooth as possible, please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase.
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it.
The item should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that we can only accept returns for stocked items (Stock Group 'S').
For tile or flooring returns, the minimum quantity is 5m² or 3 boxes.
A 20% handling fee applies to all returns.
It's important that your tiler inspects the tiles before installation. National Tiles cannot be held responsible if:
The tiles have been laid incorrectly.
Incorrect products have been used.
There is a fault in the product that would have been noticed before installation.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method or credit card number used for the original order.
Once we have your original payment information, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that in some cases, this time may vary depending on your credit card or bank's policies.
