Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
30 calendar days to return an item from the date supplied to the customer.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that it was supplied to the customer.
Item must be a stocked line - Stk Grp is 'S'.
Minimum tile/flooring return quantity - 5m2 or 3 boxes
20% handling fee applies to all returns.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that their tiler inspects the tiles prior to laying. National Tiles takes no responsibility if:
The tiles have been laid incorrectly.
The incorrect products have been used.
There is a fault in the product that would have been noticed prior to installation.
Refunds can be made via cash refund in store if the amount is less than $100, otherwise refunds will be processed via the same payment method as the order was originally paid.
We will process the credit within 5 business days of National Tiles approving the refund. Note: in some cases, this time may vary depending on the customers credit card or banks issuer policies.
